Billing Co-Ordinator Job

We are looking for experienced and talented Billing Coordinator for our firm in USA

Job Description:

Process sub consultant invoices, update tracking forms.

Ensure all invoices are posted and reconciled with invoice register and EBill tool.

Maintain period job costing records electronically.

Gather reimbursable backup, attach to invoices and answer questions regarding backup if necessary.

Verify billing instructions for invoice processing.

Coordinate with Project Analyst regarding billing instructions and invoice approvals.

Process Labor transfers and sub-consultant transfers

Create draft invoices for review, finalize after approvals, copy final invoice for mailing and electronic file.

Modify/Void prior period invoices as instructed by Project Analyst, process any necessary changes

Job skills:

Minimum Associates degree in accounting or similar field.

Bachelors Degree (preferred).

Strong team work ethics.

Excellent organization and communication skills.

Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner.

Ability to manage multiple changing priorities.

Able to work effectively with various levels of management.

One year of experience in an accounting department.
